Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.


Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Children remain in their stroller for the entire hour long class.


Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. The class includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training. Fit4Baby is designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels. These classes are for moms only, no children.


Body Back®

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby* or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Join us for this 4 week mini session! It's a great way to get in loved in Body Back and see a glimpse of program!

*It is recommended that moms be six months postpartum to participate.
