Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their littles. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Children remain in their stroller for the entire hour long class.

Our Village consists of three essential components:

  1. Free Playgroups (once per week) Our goal is to provide meaningful experiences for both mom and child(ren). We facilitate uplifting supportive conversation for mom and developmental activities for children that emphasize wonder, discover and creativity.
  2. Moms’ Nights Out (once per month) This is a time for you! The goal is to provide an activity to allow your moms group to re-discover adult conversation and personal passions.
  3. “Moms with a Mission” (once per quarter) Our goal is to provide a platform to help better the community where we live and play. We organize and inspire members to participate in activities focused on giving back to children, families and the environment.

Let’s be honest…#themotherhoodisreal. So we designed a program for moms looking to get back into a workout routine. Whether she can make time for herself when her kids are at school, or after work when she has childcare, or whether she’s worked out for the past few years or hasn’t worked out in a few years...Body Well is the perfect place to start, no matter your season of motherhood.

Our Body Well program is about the journey -- about taking 8 weeks just for you, one day at a time -- for your body and soul. In this 8-week program, you will join our mamahood sisterhood; a community full of support, encouragement, and TLC. Beyond the workout portion of this program, you will also gain access to educational resources that will teach you how to manage stress (amongst the craziness of mom-life), sleep better so you feel well-rested (even with lack of sleep), and nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole-foods and simple ingredients (with a full nutrition and recipe guide).

*Body Well is not appropriate for expectant moms- please check out our prenatal program FIT4BABY or any of our other drop-in classes! It is also recommended that you be at least 3 months postpartum before beginning this program.
Cancellation policy There are no refunds, credits or transfer for the Body Well program. If you should become pregnant or injured during the session, please alert your instructor and we will discuss your options with you.

Strides 360 is an interval style, traveling class (much like Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre). However, the physical promise will be cardiovascular endurance alongside developing speed, agility, and quickness to sprint through life. Bodyweight conditioning will provide recovery and round out the program. It's for mom, with or without kiddo, that is interested in a bit more intensity. The program fits nicely beside Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre to provide our mamas with everything ... cardio, conditioning, core/calm.

Take your running to the next level with our 8 week guided training program. Whether you're training for a specific running goal such as a 5K, 10K, or a half marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run training program, we provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn and improve. Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running (running and cross-training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Each week you'll receive email support, accountability and progress check ins from your Run Club Coach.

Body Boost® is a 60-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge.
